1:1 Up to 10 sessions

45 minutes: 60/month

1:1 sessions are designed specifically for the clients needs. Also includes nutritional information to improve eating regime.

1:1 Up to 16 sessions

45 minutes: 75/month

1:1 sessions are designed specifically for the clients needs. Also includes nutritional information to improve eating regime.

1:1 Daily

45 minutes: $10

Daily 1:1 sessions are $10 each session and 1/2 off for high students!!

CrossFit, HIIT, & Bootcamp

45-60 minutes: $5

FIRST GROUP SESSIONS ARE FREE FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS!!!!!

Beginner - Friendly Group Classes

CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.

Bootcamps may contain a combination of CrossFit and HIIT. Bootcamp will be challenging but beginner friendly as well. 

Classes: Tuesday & Thursday @ 7pm/ Saturday @ 11am

Zumba

30-45 minutes: $5

Zumba classes with Coach V are beginner friendly and extra fun!! Join the ladies to get those bodies sweaty and moving so you can get into that cute two-piece you've had your eye on!!  Train for the dress!!!
